• Supervise, control, or direct the work of contractors
• Guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any contractor's work
• Accept liability for contractor actions, omissions, or performance

How Our Service Works

1. You Submit a Request: You provide your contact information and details about your roofing needs through our Site
2. We Share Your Information: We share your details with 3-5 independent contractors in our network who service your area
3. Contractors Contact You: These contractors will reach out to you directly to discuss your project and provide quotes
4. You Choose: You decide whether to hire any contractor, negotiate terms, and enter into a direct agreement with them

Eligibility and Account

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Ontario Service Area

Our service is designed for Ontario residents seeking roofing services within Ontario. While our Site may be accessible from other locations, our contractor network serves Ontario only.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting quote requests. You are responsible for updating your information if it changes.

Your Consent to Contact

Express Written Consent

By submitting any form on our Site, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by:

• Roofing contractors in our network (typically 3-5 per request)
• Our authorized service providers and partners

Do Not Call Lists

• Permits: Ensuring proper permits are obtained for your project
• Payments: Making payment decisions and managing payment disputes directly with contractors

Recommendations

We strongly recommend that you:

• Obtain multiple written quotes and compare them carefully
• Verify contractor licenses through official government databases
• Confirm adequate liability and WSIB insurance coverage
• Get detailed written contracts specifying scope, timeline, and payment terms
• Check online reviews and ask for references
• Never pay the full amount upfront
• Ensure proper building permits are obtained when required

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ontario Roofing Quotes or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

Any disputes, claims, or issues with contractors must be resolved directly between you and the contractor. We are not a party to such disputes and will not mediate or intervene.

Termination
